Reading: A lot! One standout book I’m reading is The Creative Act by Rick Rubin. Technically I’m listening to it as an audiobook which I also recommend because the man has a very soothing voice and has created a calming sonic experience with the musical elements in the audiobook version. I’m enjoying this book so much that I may also buy the hardcopy version of it for my home library as well. If you’re facing any kind of creative blockages then this book is a must! (4)

Watching: I haven’t watched the full Rap Caviar series on Hulu yet, but I have watched the first episode of the series which features Tyler, the Creator. From watching it I came to have an even deeper respect for his artistry and his commitment to his craft. This is another great source of creative inspiration for those who may need it and even for those who don’t. (6)

Listening: The BLK IRL S3 playlist has become a go-to for me to listen to when working. You gotta listen to it in sequential order each time to allow the full story to unfold. It’s one of the best playlists that I’ve ever made based on the sonic experience. (5)

Apps: Vagaro is a great app for finding beauty and wellness practitioners in your area. It’s where I found my Atlanta nail tech and eyebrow specialist. (2)
